Terms of Service
The operating rules for using D2M Shot while the product is in public beta.
Effective August 24, 2026
1. Agreement and beta status
By accessing or using D2M Shot, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The current service is a beta product and may change, experience interruptions, or remove experimental functionality as it develops.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for access to your account and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate information, use only identity methods you are authorized to use, and notify D2M Shot through the in-product feedback channel if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of screenshots and other content you provide. You grant D2M Shot only the limited rights needed to process that content and deliver the features you request. You must have the rights required to use and transform any content submitted to the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use D2M Shot to:
- Violate law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, quotas, or security protections.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Create deceptive, abusive, or harmful material or impersonate another person or organization.
5. Product plans and limits
Features may vary by plan, account state, or beta availability. Any future paid offering will present its price, renewal terms, limits, and cancellation method before a charge is authorized. Current feature labels do not by themselves create a paid subscription commitment.
6. Availability and changes
D2M Shot may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, performance, or product quality. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed during beta.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when these Terms are violated, when use threatens the service or other users, or when required by law. Users may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the in-product feedback channel.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The beta service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. D2M Shot disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after updated Terms become effective indicates acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be submitted through the feedback control available inside D2M Shot.
